We are looking for a highly motivated, people focused and strong manager to join the CEO Department as our People and Culture Manager.

You will be a team player, effective communicator to all levels of the organisation with proven experience of influencing at a senior level. You will be a chartered member of the CIPD or qualified to CIPD Level 7 with the ability to obtain this level of professional membership.

The role of the People and Culture Manager forms a key part of the Cunninghame Housing Association Group Leadership Team delivering on the mission, vision and values of the organisation and helping us meet our strategic objectives.

Reporting directly to the Group CEO, this role will have significant input to the development and delivery of the Group’s People Strategy, change projects and policy development and ensuring that legal, statutory and regulatory requirements are met.

The role is central to ensuring:

  • Creation of the Group People Strategy and compelling employee value proposition.
  • Management of the HR and Health and Safety Function
