Role Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated, details orientated and strong manager to join our Investment team as Asset and Compliance Manager. 

You will be a team player, effective communicator to all levels of the organisation and with external partners with proven experience working at a senior level.  You will have experience of delivering asset management and investment, preferably in the social housing sector.  Good working knowledge of ICT systems in managing contracts and performance is also essential for the role. 

The role of the Asset and Compliance Manager forms a key part of the Cunninghame Housing Association Asset Management function, delivering on the mission, vision and values of the organisation and helping us meet our strategic objectives. 

Reporting to the Head of Asset Management and Repairs, this role will have significant input to the development, procurement and delivery of asset management projects and other services in line with the Association's Asset Management Strategy and ensuring that legal, statutory and regulatory requirements are met. 

 The role is central to ensuring: 

  • implementation and regular review of CHA's Asset Management Strategy  

  • the quality of property assets is robust and well maintained. 

  • management of the property services staff team 

  • management of allocated budgets and resources

Salary:

EVH Grade 89 (SM4 – SM6) £ 58,236 - £61,598 per annum

Annual Leave:

40 days annual leave for support staff (inclusive of 15 days fixed, public and closure days and 25 bookable days)

A group Pension Scheme through the Associations Pension Provider 10% employer contributions.
